Great friendly staff, rooms have everything you could need, bed and pillows more comfortable than at others we’ve stayed, perfect location and there’s a convenience store directly across the street! All the noise from outside is completely shut off inside the rooms so it’s nice and quiet, they provide a wonderful generous breakfast with great hours so you don’t have to be up at the crack of dawn to eat, the staff are very helpful in providing information and arranging trips/tours for you and for a better price than booking yourself. TV has Netflix if you want to sign in to watch there though personally just used the YouTube app on it instead for the times we were in. Overall a very good place to stay in Hanoi, definitely recommend!

It is right in the Old Quarter of Hanoi . Busy, old, authentic ... a great experience. Good food, cheap clothes, drinks, bars activities right outside the door, and within a half mile walking radius. It's a basic room, small and a bit homely, but again clean, comfortable and well worth the money. For kids and family, if you're American or Canadian (me) it might seem a bit low class. But for $15/night whatta you expecting? Save your money for tours, shopping, great food

If you’re looking for a hotel, this is a great place to stay. My room was very small, and did not have a window, but luckily I did not bring a suitcase, otherwise I think I would have struggled with opening it up in the room. The location is great. Please note that there seem to be a couple hotels with similar names. A couple times I ended up walking back to the wrong hotel after inputting it on maps. The breakfast was good too. They’ve got a buffet of fruit and bread, and a menu of 4 or 5 items you can choose from which they will make fresh for you. The staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. They helped me with so many things like laundry, currency exchange, and ordering a taxi. On my last day they gave me a bag with banana and water which was so thoughtful :)

Tony and his staff are really helpful. The location is great for getting around the old quarter, nice and close to the lake too. The beds are super comfortable, the water is hot, and the breakfast is varied and plentiful. Our room was very small, making it tricky to get around the bed and into the tiny bathroom, and there was no elevator up to our 4th floor room. But it was quiet, and provided an excellent sleep. We were very happy with our stay.

Right in the middle of the action, and the staff went out of his way to help me, thanks guys! The room itself is very basic (mine had no windows, and the bathroom is very small) but have everything you need. For me, it was very good value for money as I was out exploring Hanoi most of the time, also enjoying the staff tips and help whenever I needed it.
